v	One Lesson will be provided each week, via e-mail, for 6 consecutive weeks. You will also be given an Assignment at the end of each Lesson.

The Lessons to be covered during these 6-weeks are:

Week 1: Selecting a TOPIC for your Information Product.
The first step to Creating an Information Product is identifying what your area of expertise is and, of course, making sure the area of expertise you choose, has a high profit potential. Sometimes our area of expertise comes from our passions, our hobbies, our talents and, sometimes, they even come from our personal failures (once you overcome something, you can teach others how to and then you become the “expert”).

Week 2: Researching your topic.

In this week’s Lesson you will learn about “key words” and how important they are when deciding what topic to choose for your information product. (Key words are the words that people type in the search engines to search for information.) Once you have selected a topic, you will research that topic using key words and special free software. We will begin identifying “key words” that you will use throughout your information product as well as on your website. Key Words are extremely important and critical to Internet Success because this is how potential customers find you and your product.

Week 3: COPYWRITING 101
The most important money-making skill you will need if you want to sell a product is writing copy that sells! There is an art to writing persuasive copy that makes people want to purchase your product. I realize not everyone is a “writer” so we will study several successful internet sites and examine the sales copy on those sites. We will also talk about alternatives to writing if you don’t want to spend the time or energy writing your own copy.

Week 4: Creating Your own E-Book or On-Line Course (similar to mine) .
This is the fun part! This is where you get to create your Information Product. **If you feel you need extra help in this area, start reading the book, “If you can talk, you can Write” right now. This book is about getting you to write. It really teaches a simple method of how to “talk” on paper. That’s all an information product is – talking on paper. We’ll learn about the proper length of your e-book or on-line course, the format and the software to use. These 2 weeks are all about creating your own personal Information Product!

Week 5: How to Get Your Website up and running!
Most of us have no clue how to write code or get a website up and running. The good news is, you don’t need to know! What you do need to know, however, is how to find a good web designer who will get your site up and running in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. We will review how to get paid from your customers and how to get the money directly deposited to your bank account! Additionally, I will be reviewing topics such as autoresponders and putting video clips on your site.

Week 6: How to get Web Traffic to your Site!
This concept is the same as a brick storefront, if you don’t get the traffic to your store, you won’t have any sales. There is an art to driving traffic to your website. We’ll talk about the “free” methods you can use, as well as the fee-based methods.
