I have always believed in having multiple streams of income for one big reason:
“When one stream dries up, it’s so important to have another one flowing in.”
I usually have 4-6 streams of income coming in these days. As a matter of fact, I just added a new stream of income. Since writing is my talent, I have become a certified provider on www.elance.com which is a website that connects freelancers with people who are looking to hire freelancers in many areas such as: writers (ghostwriters, blog writers, technical writers, press release writers, business proposal writers), software developers, virtual assistants, logo design, graphic artists, video producers, and much, much more.

In my first week as an Elance Provider, I was hired by 2 women to ghostwrite ebooks for them. One woman resides in Australia and the other woman resides in England. This is a new stream of income for me and one that I can do in my free time. I can write in the middle of the night if I like!
So how many streams of income do you have right now?
Have any of your income streams dried up? If so, it’s time for you to seriously consider adding new income streams.
Of course, you could go out and get a second job, but there are so many more efficient ways to make money. In fact, my favorite way to earn income now is online.
